Our mission

At Cordel, we aim to create safer, more efficient, sustainable railways worldwide. We focus on an agile and automated approach to capturing and processing rail inspection data and providing specific insights that drive better and more consistent decision-making. With deep domain knowledge in applying high technology to complex rail operating environments, we are delivering a new generation of AI-powered rail inspections.

Cordel is tackling several known industry inspection challenges. We hear from our customers that, at present, they often have cumbersome and highly manual data capture and processing, which means they need help to deliver data in a meaningful way and in useable timeframes. It is also often inconsistent and out-of-date legacy data that is held in silos across the business, meaning it is tough to drive insights.
