John has been working with banks and SMBs for nearly 20 years. Based in London, John was the Marketing and Product Director for Barclays Business from 2005–2010.

Aaron co-founded Cordel in 2012 and has extensive technology experience of both hardware and software across a range of settings, covering a wide range of remote sensor technologies, including LiDAR and photogrammetry, data fusion & data processing, machine learning, UI design and more. He has a degree in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from University of Newcastle, New South Wales.

Mike brings over 25 year’s experience in software product and solution related sales including SaaS , sales management and associated sales and revenue forecasting. Mike has worked across a range of organisations including early stage software companies and most recently Microsoft where he led breakthrough business into a number of tier 1 enterprise accounts. Mike has specific domain expertise in the latest public and hybrid cloud deployment models and has developed some of the latest 5g initiatives in particular covering private enterprise use cases.

Natasha's background includes roles at KPMG, First Capital and Captur AI. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales. She holds a BSc from The London School of Economics and has dual US/UK citizenship.

Paul has extensive experience bringing new innovation and technology to industries including construction and mining. Prior to joining Cordel, Paul served in leadership positions, such as Global Product Manager for Strata Worldwide and General Manager APAC where he succesfully led management of change that envelopes technical advancement within organisations. Paul Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering and is responsible for overseeing all accounts in the APAC territory, managing the business growth and developing the strategic product roadmap.

Tim brings Cordel over 25 years of deep railroad expertise. This includes tenures at Class 1 railroads including Norfolk Southern and Kansas City Southern Railroads. Tim then transitioned into the vendor side at Herzog, where he managed sales and marketing functions across the full spectrum of US railroads and associated partner ecosystems. Tim is passionate about improving and advancing the industry and in particular identifying ways to continually improve safety and reduce derailments.

Rebeka is a Chartered Engineer with 30 years of experience on UK and international railways since her Oxford University degree. Grounded in asset maintenance and people management, she gets excited about whole system optimisation, defining and deploying R&D for better railways. A Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Rebeka volunteers as an organiser, a thought leader and a mentor.

He is also a former senior executive for Railtrack PLC, a group of companies that owned much of the infrastructure of the British railway system from 1994 until 2002.

Thouraya’s background includes roles at Mazars LLP, Standard Chartered Bank and Oliver Wyman Limited. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of York.

Jonathan is a practising Chartered Accountant and Financial Adviser with 30 years of experience in the Financial Services and Software industries in NZ & Australia.
